SD50 carries on where the SD10 and 20 models stop. It is the deluxe model of the series and it comes with elegant decorations, along with quality construction. Body is made of nato and spruce. Nato is used on the back and side panels, while the spruce is on the top. Both materials are laminated, due to the nature and purpose of this series. For example, this model is comparable to Ibanez Jade series, which is made up of beginner class guitars with enhanced aesthetics. SD50 has a fully acoustic non-cutaway body decorated with creme binding, tortoise shell pickguard and triple circle rosette. Neck is a standard one, it`s made of mahogany and it`s attached to the body with a 14th fret dovetail joint. Fingerboard and bridge are made of rosewood and hardware is plated in gold.
