B 50 is among the basic and most affordable basses in the entire LTD bass section of the catalog, as well as in the B series. This series is made for young metalheads and punks who are just starting out on their music journey. This one, along with other low-end B series models, offers a high level of construction and tone quality, considering the price class they compete in. B 50 comes with a solid and double-cut body made of basswood (basswood and ash substitute the mahogany and alder in the lower sections of the catalog). Bridge on the top is plated in chrome and has four saddles. Pickups are installed in the standard J/P pattern. Maple neck is bolted to the body and has 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.
