Among the main ranges of ESP`s catalog, E-II composes, together with the ESP Original and Signature Series, the Made-in-Japan section. ESP USA models are made in the U. S. of A., while the LTDs are made in Southeast Asia. New E-II catalog brings a completely revamped bass range, which now includes the vintage/modern GB series. GB-4 is the series` only four-string option, accompanied by one additional five-string model. Main features include a solid and offset ash body (flat top, vintage pickguard, no binding, no top wood), a maple neck (Thin U profile, bolt-on joint), a 21-fret maple fingerboard (black rectangle inlays, XJ frets, 1.50" nut, 34" scale, 12" radius), a Hipshot A-Style bridge, Seymour Duncan SSB soapbar pickups, and Gotoh tuners.
