EB-1004BM is one of two four-stringed models in the distinguished RB series in LTD portion of the ESP catalog. It boasts stripped down visuals, passive/active electronics and combined Grover/Gotoh hardware.
Construction-wise, like all of its RB brethren, 1004BM comes with a solid, double-cut body and bolted neck. Swamp ash back and contoured maple burl top comprise the body while five laminates of maple and walnut make up the neck. C-shaped neck is pretty generic yet comfortable, offering above average grip and decent speed. 22-fret fingerboard on its top is made of maple.
Passive Aguilar pickups (J in the bridge and P in the middle/neck) are followed by an active two-band EQ. Hardtail Gotoh bridge and modern Grover tuners wrap the list of major features.
