If you decide to go for Epiphone's G-310 SG you will be happy with it's safe to say - rich features. A job well done by G-310 SG.
Tone delivered by Epiphone's G-310 SG makes it serious sounding instrument that gives Epiphone a lots of reasons to be proud. Somewhat limited when playing certain music styles doesn't mean that G-310 SG will not make your playing sound rich, as that is what G-310 SG provides: rich and versatile tone that you'll be happy with.
Epiphone did a good job. G-310 SG is built well, finish feels just right, hardware is solid. While playing for a longer periods of time you can expect G-310 SG to stay in tune and you will be pleased while playing, because the neck does provide great deal of comfort. You might find that over time metal parts will oxidize a bit, but that's normal and nothing to worry about. Epiphone did a really good job with G-310 SG guitar.
Playing live, G-310 SG will perform well and will not let you down. It is fairly reliable instrument both in studio and on stage, and will be a long term companion, as it is built to last. Epiphone has made a solid instrument that you will be happy with, and can depend on right from the start. Needs no backup as it has proven to be built really well.
