IBANEZ RG4EXFM1 REVIEW
Electric Guitar by 'Ibanez'
A bit more features for the price asked is what most musicians would like to see from Ibanez's RG4EXFM1. Wether it's the quality of craftsmanship, or the price, musicians don't seem to like what Ibanez offered with RG4EXFM1.
Solid type body with Basswood wood
Bolt on neck joint with Maple 3pc neck wood and U neck shape
Bound rosewood fretboard with 400mmr radius
24 # frets
pickups: Ibz inf4 bridge with Ibz infs3 middle and Ibz inf3 neck
Die-cast tuners
Some say that the average is golden, and maybe that is true for Ibanez's RG4EXFM1 as well. There are musicians who would like to see more features on RG4EXFM1, but Ibanez felt that RG4EXFM1 provides enough features for a given price and the market that Ibanez shoots for. Perhaps there are better equipped guitars then this one, but RG4EXFM1 will deliver for what it's built for.
Though it could be better, action of Ibanez's RG4EXFM1 is not that bad at all. It may lose tuning when mistreated, but it's easily retuned in tune in no time. You won't be put down while playing by RG4EXFM1's neck. Guitar does feel a bit cheaper, but it will last you a long time if you handle it with care each instrument should be getting anyhow.
Some might say that Ibanez didn't go all the way in providing a reliable and durable instrument, but RG4EXFM1 isn't that bad. It will serve you well most of times, though you should be wary and have backups in situations where you feel RG4EXFM1 might let you down, such as gigs and studio sessions.
