EBR1-B4 belongs to the line of acoustic basses made by Boulder Creek Guitars. It is a rather vast line of four and five-string instruments with modern construction and tone. There`s a total of twelve models in the series and all of them are acoustic-electric. Mahogany and cedar are predominant tone woods, which is also visible on EBR1-B4. Back is made of solid mahogany, sides are made of laminated mahogany and the top is made of solid cedar. Simple and elegant design includes only minimum decorations. Multi-ply binding around the sound board and abalone rosette around the frontal sound hole are the only decorations on this black beauty. Electronics department is equipped with AB4-T preamp. Rosewood fingerboard has 21 frets with dot position inlays.
