EBR1-TB5 is the five-string variant of the EBR1-B4 bass. Both are made by Boulder Creek and belong to the Acoustic Bass segment of the catalog. Acoustic Bass series borrows a lot from the popular Solitaire series of acoustic and acoustic-electric six-stringers, both design-wise and construction-wise. Most prominent shared features include suspended bracing and the sound hole located on the side of the body. Acoustic Bass series models feature one more, which is located on the sound board. EBR1-TB5 features abalone rosette around the second one. It`s body is made of solid mahogany back, laminated mahogany sides and solid cedar top. Electronics department features AB4-T preamp mounted onto the side of the body. 21-fret fingerboard is marked with dot inlays.
