Firefly 5 is basically the same model as the Firefly 4, with the added low B string. Other than that, their specs lists are identical for the most part. Firefly 5 is an acoustic bass from the Firefly series. It comes with a single cutaway body and it is available only in natural color. It is finished in gloss lacquer. Back and side panels on this model are made of maple and combined with a top made of spruce. Top panel is bound in several layers of binding and accompanied with an abalone rosette. Bridge on this model features belly shape and it is made of rosewood. Neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 22 frets are marked with a set of dot inlays.
