Alvarez`s Jazz & Blues series deals with both acoustic and electric guitars dedicated to blues and jazz musicians. The electric section is three models strong (AAT33, AAT34, AAT35), while the acoustic side of the range has eight models. Blues51 is a fully acoustic guitar of parlor size and a member of the Blues line (the majority of J&B acoustics belong to Delta family). It offers a non-cutaway body (rosewood back/sides, solid A+ Sitka spruce top, ABS Ivoroid binding, abalone rosette), a mahogany neck (rounded profile, semi-gloss finish, 12th fret dovetail joint), 18-fret rosewood fingerboard (12th fret inlay, 1-3/4" bone nut, 24-13/16" scale). One-piece rosewood bridge (bone saddle, belly contour), open-gear tuners, and back-shifted bracing complete this little gem.
