MD711 is a dreadnought-shaped steel stringer made by Alvarez Guitars. Ths US manufacturer with Spanish name and Japanese master builder offers guitars ranging from really affordable to upper middle class. Master series, however is one step above all series in the catalog and MD711 is one of it`s top models. This one is fully acoustic and comes with a body made of rosewood back and sides and spruce sound board on top. Top panel is equipped with maple binding and single circle rosette. Hardware section is equipped with a set of six gold plated tuning machines installed on the headstock. Bridge is made of rosewood and it sports a standard Alvarez contour. Neck is attached to the body with a regular 14th fret dovetail joint and topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
