Professional series is one of the finest examples why Alvarez has reputation for giving excellent quality for the money invested. PD361 is a dreadnought-shaped steel-stringer with non-cutaway design. Back and sides are made of rosewood, while the top is made of cedar. Top is bound in maple and herringbone and equipped with a tortoise shell pickguard. Bridge is made of rosewood and it features a characteristic Alvarez shape. Fingerboard on this model is made of rosewood and it features 20 frets with a custom 12th fret inlay.
