BMB-18-G is the starting BMB model from the Inspiration series and it comes with a non-cutaway dreadnought body made of sapele back and sides with spruce sound board. Top panel on this model is decorated with some of the series` standard features, such as natural binding and standard rosette. This model is not equipped with a pickguard, as Bedell`s models do not feature them. Instead of pickguards, Bedell opts for the unobstructed tone projection and thin layer of finish. Natural color option is the only one on this model and it is finished in gloss. Hardware is made by Grover and it is plated in gold. Bridge section on this one is equipped with a belly-contoured rosewood bridge and it`s matched with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. Neck is made of one piece of mahogany.
