Performance series is an intermediate series is Bedell`s catalog and it`s models represent more than serious competition to similar-priced models of the most renowned manufacturers. They certainly offer fantastic build and tone quality and are worth every nickel and dime invested in them. Models in this series which are labeled with numbers 17 and 18 represent the entry level models to this series and TB-18-G is one of the entry dreads, with TB-17 being the only dread beneath it. Non-cutaway body is made of sapele back and sides with spruce sound board. Bridge section is equipped with an ebony bridge with belly contour. Neck is made of a single piece of mahogany and it`s topped with a 20-fret fingerboard made of ebony. Gold-plated Grover tuners are found on top.
