C9 is an all-solid model from Iberia series made by Cordoba Guitars. It is one of selected models to feature solid wood construction in Iberia line. Mahogany, spruce, cedar, rosewood and ebony can be found on this model. Back and sides are made of mahogany for a strong tone. Top is made either of cedar or European spruce. Cedar is for traditionalists and spruce for adventurers. Both of them are, however, bound with Indian rosewood binding. Also, a classical rosette is featured on both top options. Natural color is finished in gloss and represents the only option in the C9 palette. Classical rosewood bridge is paired with a 19-fret ebony fingerboard, which is somewhat unusual, for these two are matched on a majority of acoustics. Mahogany is used for the neck and hardware is plated in gold.
