Natural Satin
Cort`s MR Series is in charge of models with some extra flavor in their tone. Models from this series utilize exotic tonewoods and thus produce distinctive and high quality sound. Like the rest of the models from the MR Series, MR1200FX is a cutaway dreadnought guitar in acoustic-electric version. It comes in natural satin color option with premium abalone double rosette. There are no pickguards in order to achieve the best resonance possible. Ivory binding on this model completes the body spec. Bridge is made of rosewood and features white pins and white plastic saddle. Neck is made of mahogany and has a dovetail joint set at the 14th fret. The fingerboard on MR1200FX is also made of rosewood and equipped with 20 frets and E1200 Vain inlays. The amplification is entrusted to a Matrix pickup placed in the body cavity. The pickup is combined with Fishman Premium SOB preamp with on-board controls placed on the side of the guitar. Other features on this guitar include: Venetian cutaway, 25-1/3" scale and Grover tuning machines.
