SFX Series is oriented towards the younger players. It offers SFX shaped models with modern cutaways. Traits of this series also include: arched backs for improved comfort, extended cutaways for better reach and slim "V" shaped necks for increased playability. SFX-FM is a new model for 2012 and it starts off with an SFX cutaway body with a flat top and ivory binding. It is available in trans black and trans red colors with gloss finish. Triple circle sound hole rosette is made of tiger acryl. There are no pickguards on this model. Belly shaped bridge is equipped with white pins and white plastic saddle. The neck on this model is made of mahogany and joined to the body via the dovetail joint placed at the 14th fret. The shape of the neck is a slimmed down "V" contour. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and it features 20 frets with white dot inlays. SFX-FM is an acoustic-electric model and it has Cort CE304T preamp and a ceramic pickup. Other features on this model include: 25-3/5" scale, die-cast tuning machines and x-bracing.
