Dean`s catalog features a lot of starter packs, in both the electric and acoustic sections of the catalog. Tradition is a pack from the acoustic section and it comes with a dreadnought-shaped guitar with single cutaway design. Body is made of mahogany back and sides, while the top is made of spruce. This is one of the most common tonewood combos, especially for the acoustics made by American brands. Top on this model features natural binding and triple circle rosette. In the bridge section, Dean installs a standard shaped rosewood bridge. Electronics department is non-existent on this guitar, as it is a part of the starter pack. Neck is made of mahogany and it is set-in. Rosewood fingerboard is equipped with 18 frets with dot position inlays.
