EF-500M is a Masterbilt model from Epiphone`s Square Shoulder series. It comes with a vintage-styled orchestra model shape with non-cutaway construction. It`s back and sides are made of mahogany, while the top is made of spruce. This spruce top is bound in white binding and finished in gloss. Also, it features a teardrop-shape tortoise shell pickguard and it is finished in gloss. Rosewood is the material of choice for the belly shaped bridge on EF500M. Neck specs list indicates that the V shaped neck is made of a single piece of mahogany. it features a very popular dovetail joint and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 20 frets are covered with dot inlays, radius is 12" and synthetic bone nut measures 1.75" in width.
