Les Paul is one of the most popular guitar shapes to ever emerge on the market and Gibson and Epiphone are trying to get the most out of it. This acoustic-electric ukulele is the testament to that very claim. Les Paul Acoustic Electric Ukulele is a single-cut uke with LP shape, fully hollow, acoustic body and acoustic-electric construction. Back and sides of this model are made of mahogany, while the top is made of flamed maple veneer. On the bound top, Epiphone installs a fixed bridge made of rosewood. It features a PVC saddle, under which a piezo film pickup is featured. The pickup comes with passive controls. Mahogany neck has the slim taper D contour in the back and a 19-fret fingerboard made of rosewood on top.
