Elvis Presley, the king of rock and roll has quite a number of signature models attached to his name, but this dove stands out from the crowd with it`s exceptional quality and tone. It comes with a slope-shoulder dreadnought shape with non-cutaway design. Black, or in Gibson`s dictionary, ebony, is the only color option available for this model. It is finished in high gloss. Back and side panels are made of maple, while the top is made of spruce. Bridge sports a variant of mustache shape and it`s made of rosewood. Gibson installs no electronics onto this dove. Neck is made of mahogany and it comes with a regular dovetail joint set at the 14th fret. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with 20 frets with split parallelogram inlays.
