ACS-SA is placed within the A series of acoustic-electric guitars made by Godin Guitars. It comes with series standard construction and design traits, with the exception and the most prominent features being the set of nylon strings between the rosewood bridge and the die-cast tuning machines and RMC electronics with 13-pin connector for Roland guitar synths. Body is made with single cutaway and semi-hollow construction. Back and side panels are made of maple and the top is made of spruce. Electronics department, besides the RMC connector features a regular setup of under-saddle piezo pickup and top-mounted preamp. Neck on this one is made of mahogany and it comes with a rosewood fingerboard on top. 22 frets, offset dot inlays, 16" radius and 1.715" wide synthetic bone nut complete the fingerboard.
