DT100 is a model from Ibanez Daytripper series and it comes with a dreadnought shaped body with non-cutaway construction. Back and sides are made of mahogany, while the top is made of spruce. Spruce is the most common top panel material for steel-stringed guitars, both acoustic and acoustic-electric. On this model, it is bound in natural binding and equipped with tortoise shell pickguard. Sound hole on this model is decorated with a triple circle rosette. Belly shaped bridge is made of rosewood and it features a compensated saddle. Neck on this model is made of mahogany and it features a dovetail joint, which is set at standard 14th fret. It is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 20 frets, dot position inlays, 12" radius and 1.69" synthetic bone nut complete the fingerboard.
