PF series is one of many series of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars in Ibanez catalog. It plays one of the most important roles in it`s catalog segment with marvelous PF and PC models. Both PF and PC models are prevalently intermediate steel-stringers, while occasional excursions into lower and even upper intermediate classes occur. 2014 brings us a completely redone PF series lineup with even more affordable and supremely built PF and PC guitars. PF2MH is one of three PF dreadnoughts Ibanez has introduced at this year`s NAMM. It comes with a non-cutaway body made entirely of mahogany. Neck is also made of mahogany, while the bridge and fingerboard are the only major parts made of rosewood. PF2MH is available in natural color with matte finish and black binding around the top. There are no electronics installed on this model, no pickups, nor preamps. Mahogany neck is attached tot he body at the 14th fret, which is industry`s standard for steel-stringed acoustics. On it`s top, there is the series standard 20-fret fingerboard with dot inlays and 9.80" radius.
