AJA-DSR-229 is the flagship of the Jarrell acoustic armada, and it comes with only the best materials and craftsmanship the brand has to offer. It kicks off with a non-cutaway dreadnought body made of rosewood back and sides with a solid sitka spruce top. Both back and top are bound in rich and beautiful abalone binding. The top also features a tigerstripe pickguard and triple circle abalone rosette around the sound hole. Bridge is made of ebony and features belly shape. The neck on this model is made of mahogany and it is attached to the body at the 14th fret. The fingerboard is made of ebony and it comes with 20 frets, diamond abalone inlays and 1.75" wide bone string nut. 25-3/8" scale, gloss finish and gold-plated butterbean tuners complete the specs.
