Resonators belong to the group of American traditional and folk instruments, and virtually every guitar manufacturer from USA has a series dedicated to folk instruments. Jay Turser has a series of acoustic-electric resonator guitars, with three models in current lineup. JTRESDLX is one of those three and it comes with a single cutaway designed body. Electronics installed on this model include under-saddle piezo pickup and regular minibucker in the neck position. Back and side panels on this resonator are made of poplar and are combined with top panel also made of poplar. Creme color of the body blends perfectly with hardware, thus giving impression as if the entire guitar is made of gold. Neck on this model is made of maple and it is topped with a 21-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
