JG-BOX-L is an acoustic guitar package for the left-handed population of beginners. Almost every guitar manufacturer has a dedicated series of beginner packs and Johnson Guitars is no exception. Their packs come with all of the standard components: gig bag, tuner, three picks and guitar strap. Since it is a fully acoustic guitar in the box, these essentials are more than enough. Guitar itself belongs to the absolute entry level and it comes with a non-cutaway dreadnought body made of whitewood and spruce. Whitewood is used for the back and side panels, while the spruce is on top. Neck is, instead of regular mahogany, made of basswood. Same set of features and dimensions is applied on this neck, as it is on Johnson`s mahogany necks. 20-fret fingerboard and belly bridge are made of rosewood.
