MDJ10 is an acoustic dreadnought guitar from Mitchell Guitars. Letter J in it`s name designates a "junior" model, a slightly scaled down instrument aimed at young players and musicians on the move. This model starts with a non-cutaway constructed body made of spruce top and mahogany back and sides. This flat-top model also features a natural gloss finish with natural top binding. The neck on this model is made of mahogany and features a standard shape and dovetail joint placed at the 12th fret. The fingerboard on MDJ12 is made of rosewood and since it is a down-scaled junior model it has 18 instead of standard 20 frets, dot position markers and 1.625" wide synthetic bone nut. The bridge is also made of rosewood. The MSRP is set at $259.99.
