CC24SI is a very advanced acoustic-electric guitar with mp3 player/recorder installed within the electronics department. It means player can record and replay chord progressions, riffs and melodies whenever or wherever he/she wants. Other than that, Ovation installs Slimline pickup and iDea OPI-1 preamp. Body of this model has a standard ovation contour and single cutaway design. Body is made of mid-depth composite bowl and spruce sound board. Top is equipped with white binding and single-circle abalone rosette around the sound hole. Traditionally, there is no pickguard installed. Bridge section on this model is a standard one, as it features a belly-shaped ebony bridge. Neck is made of maple, it` s set and equipped with V contour. Ebony fingerboard has 20 frets with dot inlays.
