SE series covers PRS`s intermediate (and upper intermediate) class models. It is present in all three major ranges - electric guitar, electric bass, and acoustic guitar. The acoustic series has six models, three Angelus Cutaway guitars and three Tonare non-cutaway models. SE T50E is the most expensive Tonare model available (T40E and TX20E are the more affordable alternatives). It offers a non-cutaway body, neck glued at 14th fret, Fishman`s high-quality GT1 pickup/preamp system (volume and tone controls are located within the soundhole), and PRS`s own hardware. Natural (w/gloss finish, chrome hardware, abalone binding & rosette) is the only available color option. Other notable features include solid figured maple back & sides, solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany neck w/wide fat profile, 20-fret ebony fingerboard, fixed ebony bridge, and PRS tuners.
