A Cutaway comes with single cut body and nylon-string construction. Also, it is equipped with electronics, as opposed to the non-cutaway variant of this model. Electronics are made by L.R. Baggs and include both the under-saddle piezo pickup and a preamp. Both are run by a 9v battery. Body of this model is made of Indian rosewood back and sides and cedar sound board on top. Both the top and back panels are bound in beautiful Indian rosewood binding. Top panel also has a classical rosette. Entire body, neck and headstock are installed with their natural color and gloss lacquer finish over them. Bridge section features a standard shaped bridge made of rosewood. Neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with a regular 19-fret fingerboard made of Indian rosewood.
