Orleans Studio 12 Acoustic is one of three models appearing in the new Orleans series lineup. It is the first Orleans twelve-string model, and it will be premiered at 2017 Winter NAMM show, along with the rest of the Schecter novelties. Orleans Studio 12 Acoustic is based on the regular six-stringed Studio, with the only major difference between them being the extra course of strings on Studio 12. Studio 12 starts with the same chassis as its six-string sibling, which includes mahogany back and sides, cedar sound board (black binding, black rosette), mahogany neck (14th fret joint, thin C profile) and 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (25-1/2" scale, dot inlays, 16" radius). Hardware and electronics appointments also include a rosewood bridge (bone saddle, black pins), Fishman electronics (Sonicore pickup, Isys+ preamp) and Grover tuners.
