Synyster Gates signature series has always been known for state-of-the-art electric guitars. its models have been, and still are the best selling Schecter signature axes. But, as of 2016, Syn`s signature series will incorporate acoustic guitars. Acoustic-electric guitars, to be exact. Synyster Gates Syn J Acoustic is one of two models introduced into the newly formed series. It comes with a non-cutaway jumbo body made of mahogany (back, sides) and spruce (top). The neck is made of mahogany, features the comfortable Thin C profile in the back and a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Syn inlays with a Death Bat, 1.653" synthetic bone nut and medium-sized frets complete the fingerboard. Fishman`s Sonicore piezo pickup and Isys + preamp comprise the electronics unit. Grover tuners complete the major specs list.
