Seagull Guitars have been around well over four decades and have, during that time, achieved a high status and great level of popularity among North American guitar players (especially acoustic guitar players). Some of the main reasons are the facts that all Seagull models are made in Canada (La Patrie, Quebec) and that they`re all made of locally sourced materials. Walnut is the main and the basic model of the recently established Walnut series. It is a non-cutaway dreadnought, made with walnut back/sides, solid spruce top, 14th fret dovetail neck joint, and stock hardware. Natural (semi-gloss finish, creme body binding, chrome hardware) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a silver leaf maple neck, 21-fret fingerboard (unspecified material), fixed bridge (unspecified material), and die-cast tuning machines.
