Thermal Top Acoustic-Electric Guitars by Takamine
Orchestra model is the name of a compact-sized acoustic guitar shape, slightly smaller than concert and grand concert, but bigger than parlor. It possesses a strong lower mid range and versatile, dynamic tone, well suited for participation in big orchestras as well as coffee shop solo performances.
CP7MO-TT starts off with a non-cutaway orchestra body (abalone binding, tortoise shell pickguard, abalone rosette), glued-in neck (14th fret dovetail joint), gold-plated hardware, and Takamine electronics. Gloss Natural is the only available color option. Main tonewood appointments include solid ovangkol back & sides, solid thermal spruce top (thermally aged/torrefied top), mahogany neck (standard width, standard shape), and ebony fingerboard (creme binding, 20 frets, small dot inlays).
Electronics unit features the famous Palathetic pickup and Takamine`s TLD-2 preamp.
