This model is the left handed variant of the EF740SGN, with both models being situated within the Nouveau & Santa Fe series of Takamine`s Pro Series segment. This series offers some of the most affordable Pro Series models and it`s acoustic-electric models feature CT4B preamps. That is the case with EF740SGN Left Handed, the non-cutaway orchestra model, CT4B is installed on it`s shoulder. Natural color is the only one in the palette for this model and it comes finished in satin. Body is made of mahogany back and sides with cedar sound board on top. multi-ply binding, black plastic pickguard and single circle rosette decorate the top. Bridge section on this model is equipped with a regular belly-contoured bridge made of rosewood. 20-fret fingerboard is also made of rosewood.
