Takamine`s G series is one of two major sections of the Takamine catalog and it is centered around affordable models made for beginners and players on a straining budget and can`t afford a Pro Series model. Also, the target population includes players who are not willing to spend big bucks on acoustic guitar. EG360SC is a dreadnought-shaped guitar with single cutaway construction. It`s back and sides are made of rosewood, while the top is made of spruce. Abalone binding, gloss finish and plastic pickguard decorate the top panel. The sound hole rosette is also made of abalone. Bridge on this model is made of rosewood. In the electronics area, EG360SC features piezo pickup/TP4T preamp combo. Rosewood fingerboard features 20 frets, abalone snowflake inlays and 1.675" wide string nut.
