Within the Takamine`s G Series, there is also a line of classic guitars and G124 is it`s entry level model. Currently, the line consists of five models, three acoustic electric and two acoustic guitars. G124 is a non-cutaway model with a body made of spruce top and nato back and sides. It comes in natural gloss with black top binding. The bridge on this model is classically shaped and made of rosewood. The neck on G124 features a dovetail joint at the 12th fret. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and features standard 19 frets, no position inlays and 2.08" wide string nut. Other features on this guitar include gold plated hardware and classically shaped tuning pegs. The MSRP for the Takamine`s G124 is set at $299.
