355ce is one of the opening models from the 12 string series of acoustic-electric guitars made by Southern California-based Taylor Guitars. This series is exclusively dedicated to the production of 12-stringed guitars, as they are not represented throughout the standard 100-900 series. Models from this series, however, do correspond to the standard series, for 355ce is in the same quality class as 300 series models. 355ce comes with a single cutaway jumbo-shaped body made of sapele back and side panels with spruce sound board on top. Bridge is made of ebony and hardware installed is plated in chrome. Electronics department sports a Taylor`s own Expression system. This 25-1/2" scaled guitar is equipped with the brand`s standard mahogany neck. It is topped with ebony fingerboard with 20 frets and dot inlays.
