416ce is a model situated within the 400 series of acoustic-electric guitars made by Taylor. Model name 416ce indicates that it is a grand symphony model with single cutaway design and electronics. Body back and sides are made of ovangkol and the top is made of spruce. This spruce top is finished in gloss and decorated with tortoise shell pickguard. Sound hole is equipped with a standard triple circle rosette. Neck is made of tropical mahogany and it is topped with ebony fingerboard. 20 frets, dot position inlays and 1.75" TUSQ nut wrap the fingerboard. Chrome plated Taylor tuners complete the specs.
