This model is a nylon-stringed twin of the Mk II Steel model. Both come from the Escape series of acoustic-electric series made by Traveler Guitars. It comes with an LP-like shaped body with single cutaway design and tuners mounted beneath the body. They are accessed through a pair of holes carved in the body. Alder is the wood of choice for this model`s body and it comes in natural color with satin finish. Bridge section on this nylon-stringer is equipped with a plastic string saddle and piezo pickup hidden underneath it. Neck is made of maple and it is bolted to the body. String nut on this headless neck serves as the bridge saddle, for the strings are mounted in reverse. Ebonized rosewood fingerboard has 22 frets with no inlays.
