M 1DSL is situated within the Mandolin series by Washburn. It is A-styled mandolin with a set of eight strings. Three color options are available for this model and they are: Transparent Blue, Transparent Red and Black. They all come finished in gloss. Back and side panels for all three color options are made of spalted mango and are paired with spruce top. Top panel is bound in white binding and equipped with a black plastic pickguard, which is also bound in white binding. Bridge section is equipped with a rosewood bridge with compensated saddle and eight adjustment ability. Neck is made of maple and it comes with a set-in joint. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with 20 frets with a set of white dot position inlays.
