Washburn`s Comfort series is all about one thing - comfort. Ergonomics is the paramount principle and the highest value of the Comfort series` models since they`ve already got the top-notch Washburn looks and the tone. WCG700SWEK is the only new Comfort series model for 2018 and is one of few introduced-for-2018 acoustics which do not belong to the Timeless Collection (models with tops made of reclaimed European Fir). Main features include a non-cutaway grand auditorium body, 14th fret neck joint, Fishman electronics, and a compulsory armrest bevel on the bass side of the soundboard. Natural is the only available color option. Other notable features include solid ovangkol back/sides, solid torrefied Sitka spruce top, mahogany neck (satin finish), ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge, and Graphtech ratio tuning machines.
