APXT series is a line of down-scaled acoustic guitars which are modelled after the popular APX series. The current lienup consists of two models, APXT2 and APXT2EW, both of which are electronics-free (fully acoustic). APXT2EW is largely the same as APXT2, with one major difference - it features exotic top (in APXT2EW`s particular case, it is mango or meranti veneer. Major features also include back & sides made of locally sourced wood, 14th fret dovetail neck joint, in-house electronics (Yamaha`s System68 preamp + ART-1 piezo pickup), and stock hardware. Light Amber Burst, Tobacco Brown Sunburst, and Natural are available color options. Other notable features include a neck made of locally sourced tonewoods, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard, fixed rosewood bridge, and die-cast tuning machines. The MSRP is set at $385.00.
