NTX900FM is a part of the Nylon Electric section of Yamaha`s catalog and it comes with jumbo shaped body with single cutaway design. It is an unusual match to have jumbo body with nylon strings, but Yamaha pulls it off with ease. Back and sides on this acoustic-electric nylon-stringer are made of flamed maple. Top panel is made of spruce, the second most popular nylon-stringer top option. natural binding, elegant sound hole rosette and gloss finish wrap the sound board options. bridge is made of rosewood and it comes with a modified classic shape. System61 electronics setup is made by Yamaha and installed on this model. Neck is made of standard nato wood and topped with ebony fingerboard. It comes with 20 frets and 1.89" wide string nut.
