AD/AF series comes in with two sub-series in its lineup. Models with AD designation come in with dreadnought bodies, while their AF siblings rock the compact orchestra bodies. Other than that, all other aspects of the AD and AF lines are same, including electronics, hardware, design and construction.
AD-18CE comes with a cutaway dreadnought body, made of mahogany and spruce. Mahogany occupies back and sides, while the top is made of spruce. Multi-ply binding, traditional pickguard and rosette, decorate the top. The neck is made of mahogany, and it features a standard 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Electronics unit on this non-expensive dread features Aria`s own AEQ-4 equalizer with guitar tuner. Rosewood bridge and die-cast Aria tuners complete the specs list.
