AD-50 is one of five non-cutaway designed dreadnoughts from Aria`s AD series. These fully acoustic steel-stringers are accompanied by one acoustic-electric model. AD-50 falls somewhere around the intermediate level of the series and it comes with a body made of rosewood and spruce. Arrangement is as follows: rosewood occupies back and side panels, while the spruce takes the sound board position on top. This model is decorated with ivoroid binding, tortoise shell pickguard and vintage-styled multiple rosette around the sound board. Natural is the only color option assigned for this model and it is finished in high gloss. Bridge section is equipped with a regular belly-shaped bridge made of rosewood. Fingerboard is also made of rosewood and it has 20 frets with dot inlays. Neck beneath the fingerboard is made of mahogany.
