Aria`s acoustic, classical and acoustic-electric ranges are known around the world as some of the best in the budget-friendly regions of the market. Like a majority of Japanese brands, Aria focuses on beginner, lower intermediate and intermediate classes, bringing the upscale quality to the masses. Aria 501 belongs to the intermediate 500 series. It rocks a non-cutaway OM body with a deep contour and dovetail neck joint. Solid Indonesian mahogany is used for back and sides, while the top is made of solid Sitka spruce. Mahogany (solid, Indonesian) is also used for the neck, which is topped with a standard 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (snowflake inlays, 1.73" wide bone nut). Other important features include quartersawn scalloped X bracing, vintage open-gear tuners and rosewood bridge with bone saddle.
