However, these "Made in China" series and models are designed and controlled in Bend, Oregon. 2018 Stage Concerto E is one of five Stage series` models Breedlove currently sells. It comes with a non-cutaway concerto body, LR Baggs electronics, high-quality hardware, and Breedlove`s authentic tone. Main construction features include solid mahogany back & sides, solid mahogany soundboard, 14th fret dovetail joint, and 25-1/2" scale. Breedlove sells this model in Natural Gloss only. Other important features include an okume neck, a 20-fret ebony fingerboard, fixed ebony bridge, and a set of closed-back tuners.
