The Stage Exotic series is one of the affordable members of Breedlove`s catalog. Its models are made overseas, in China. The current lineup includes two concert and one concerto models. All three feature all-solid construction, LR Baggs electronics, and dovetail neck joints. 2018 Stage Exotic Concert CE comes in with a compact-sized body w/non-cutaway design, 25-1/2" scale, LR Baggs` EAS VTC electronics (under-saddle pickup and a soundhole-mounted controls unit), and an authentic Breedlove tone. Main construction features include solid ziricote back & sides, solid Sitka spruce top, and modern styling. Breedlove sells this one only in Natural Gloss finish. Other notable features include a solid okume neck, a 20-fret fingerboard made of ebony, fixed ebony bridge, and a set of sealed tuning machines.
